Viperquads Ltd uses any personal information provided to us via the website or paper trail will be used with complete privacy and no information is passed on to any third party. When you place orders or access sensitive account information, we offer the use of a secure server and authenticated credit card transactions. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. Safety Information

We strongly advise that proper safety equipment should be worn at all times. Helmet, Gloves, Boots, Body Armour and Protective Clothing. The use of these powered vehicles could involve the risk of injury. Always use common sense when operating your quad bike. Correct maintenance must be carried out on all goods supplied by us. Always check nuts, bolts and fixings after every use. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred while operating the quad bikes. We also advise that parts brought from Viperquads Ltd should be fitted by a professional as we will not be held liable if fitted incorrectly.

Warranty Viperquads Ltd offer a 12 month warranty on any new quad bike we sell, all our products are checked prior to dispatch. All Viperparts we offer a 3 month warranty. Tax & Registration Tax and registration is not included in the price of the quad, unless we have agreed with you prior. Please ensure that you tax and register the vehicle with DVLA before driving the quad bike on the road as it is illegal to drive without these documents and Viperquads Ltd are not responsible or liable.

Delivery

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your quad bike or parts. We can deliver quadbikes to customers by courier within 4 weeks however, an additional costs apply based on location. We aim to send the parts to customers between 1 to 5 days, additional costs will apply depending on location and type of service required in the UK. Quadbikes and Quadparts will only be sent out once funds have been cleared.

International Shipping

Shipping locations and oversize and/or heavy items may require additional charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. You will be notified before your item ships should there be additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for delays and have no control over shipping times. 

Customs and Duties

Your order may be subject to import tax, duties or customs which may levied once your shipment reaches your country. Viper Quads Ltd is not responsible for charges imposed by your country. You will be responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for information on these charges as we cannot predict what they may be. We are required by law to disclose the full amount of the package.

Refused Shipments
Should you refuse your package you will be responsible for all shipping, taxes, duties, and customs charges plus a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Quadbike Insurance

It is the responsibility of the registered owner to take out sufficient insurance for the quad bike. Viperquads will not be responsible in arranging this. We strongly advice that you take out insurance before driving on the road as it is a legal requirement and take no liability if you have not insured them accordingly.

Faulty Goods

The goods should be returned to Returns Department after the inspection by a member of staff the decision will be made to replace or refund, as appropriate. Returns If you are not satisfied with the Viperparts purchase, please return within 14 days in original condition and packing. A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given.

Payment

We accept payment by cash, Cheque, Credit card and bank transfers in Pound Sterling made in a UK clearing bank. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full and it has been cleared. Deposits The quadbikes are not guaranteed to the customer unless a 50% deposit has been placed on the quad bike. This must be paid by cash, cheque, credit card and bank transfers in pound sterling made in a UK clearing bank and will only be confirmed once the funds have been cleared. All deposits are non refundable.

Guarantee

Any refund arising in the event of a dispute or cancellation will be refunded within 20 working days if agreed by the Directors of the company.

Complaints If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail or fax us and we will respond to the complaint within 14 working days.

Quadbikes

All of our quads have a full after sales support program, and the reassurance and piece of mind offered by the full parts and service back-up team. All our bikes are supplied with owners manual and a basic tool kit.

When you place an order on our website

We will email you an acknowledgement to say we have received your order. You can track when your order has been dispatched by logging onto your account.
We will not fully accept your order until it has been sent out of the warehouse and at this point the purchase contract will be completed and you will be charged via the payment method you specified as well as being sent an email letting you know that your goods have been dispatched.
Goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to not accept any order for reasons including lack of available stock, non authorization of payment and errors in pricing and product information.
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

Payment

We accept the following cards to pay for orders- Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card, Switch
We take absolute care to ensure that your details and payment are kept confidential but we cannot take responsibility for any third party accessing and using the data that you enter into our website.
All cards used for purchase are subject to checks and authorization. If your payment cannot be authorized we will not be able to send out your order but will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. However we will not be liable for any delay or delivery as a result.
All prices include VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order will include your delivery charges.
